Over 30 stages and 60 missions

Chaos Rush is a new tower defence complete with story mode
  • Chaos Rush is a new mix of RTS and tower defence
  • It sees you playing as mercenaries in the world of Kalidos
  • You have to defeat enemies in the sixth period of chaos that has befallen Pradonia

Tower defence seems to be a popular genre at the moment, what with Bloons branching out with Bloons Card Storm and whatnot. So if you’re looking for something new, why not take a look at Chaos Rush? Seeing you play as mercenaries on the continent of Pradonia, you’ll have to fight off the sixth period of chaos that has befallen the world.

But you won’t just be using towers, you’ll also have access to an army of mercenaries, characters, objects, magic and more that you can put in the path of your enemy. Functioning as a kind of mix of RTS and tower defence, Chaos Rush gives you even more tools than usual to fight off your opponent.

Naturally, you also have your tech tree, multiple lanes to contend with and other standards of the tower defence genre. Boasting 30 stages and 60 missions it does look as if Chaos Rush will have a hefty amount of content for us to play with.

Rushing to the finish

I’ve always found pure tower defence games to be a bit too static for my tastes. I mean I grew up with Dawn of War and Total War, so a bit more dynamic action on the battlefield is more my cup of tea. So Chaos Rush adding in more dynamic action with things like spells and troops is right up my alley.

In any case, if Chaos Rush doesn’t grab you, but you still want your tower defense fix, why not check out some of the top picks that we’ve selected on our list of the top 25 best tower defence games for Android?
