Elon Musk once ‘boasted’ Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a ‘good friend,’ book claims as billionaire asks who ‘knew’ about abuse

Elon Musk reportedly used to brag about his friendship with Sean “Diddy” Combs despite recently questioning who around the disgraced music mogul knew he allegedly abused a 9-year-old and others.

“I don’t know if you know this, but Puff is an investor in Twitter,” the X owner once “boasted” to Revolt CEO Detavio Samuels, reporters Ryan Mac and Kate Conger write in “Character Limit: How Elon Musk Destroyed Twitter,” according to the Daily Mail.

He then reportedly added, “You know, he’s a good friend of mine. We text a lot.”

There is photographic proof that Musk, 53, and Combs, 54, have at least been at the same event before.

They both attended Dave Chapelle’s comedy show for the Netflix Is a Joke Festival in May 2022.

The book’s claims contrast what Musk recently posted on X, though, alongside an article that read, “Diddy accused of abusing nine-year-old boy and spiking drinks with horse tranquilizer as 120 victims come forward with shocking claims,” which referenced a bombshell press conference that took place Tuesday.

The Space X founder asked in his post, “How many people in music & entertainment knew about this?”

Aubrey O’Day, who was previously signed under Combs’ Bad Boy Records label and had been calling him out for years, replied to Musk’s post, writing, “..ask your friends, they will tell you.”

Musk has yet to respond to O’Day’s comment. His reps could not immediately be reached.

Although many A-listers often partied and associated themselves with Combs, that doesn’t mean that they were necessarily privy to “Bad Boy for Life” rapper’s alleged criminal activities.

However, attorney Tony Buzbee, who hosted a press conference earlier this week, claimed that Combs is just one of “many powerful people” linked to the alleged sexual assault crimes.

“We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates,” the Texas-based lawyer, who represents at least 120 of Combs’ acccusers, said Tuesday.

“The day will come when we will name names other than Sean Combs, and there’s a lot of names.”

He warned, “It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make damn sure — damn sure — that we’re right before we do that.”

Hollywood attorney Bryan Freedman told Page Six Wednesday that music industry A-listers are “not sleeping well,” adding that those who have remained silent for years should be “concerned.”

“People who worked with Diddy very closely, I’m sure they’re terrified and God knows what they were around,” an insider added.

Former Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight, who is behind bars for running over and killing a man, has claimed that big-name rappers like Jay-Z, Rick Ross and Drake “knew what was going on.”
